We only collect the information you choose to share with us through our contact form: your name, email address, business or website, the service you're interested in, and your message. We don't require an account, and we don't ask for anything we don't need.
How we use it
We use your information for one purpose: to respond to your inquiry and, if we end up working together, to serve you well. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone.
How it's processed
When you submit our contact form, your message is delivered to our inbox via Web3Forms, a form-delivery service. Their handling of the submission is governed by their own privacy policy.
Cookies & analytics
This site does not set tracking cookies and does not run advertising trackers. Fonts and animation libraries load from content-delivery networks (Google Fonts, jsDelivr), which may see standard request data such as your IP address, as any web request does.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry emails only as long as they're useful for serving you, and we delete them on request.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you — just email hello@zavmark.com and we'll take care of it promptly.
What we don't collect
We don't collect payment details through this website, we don't buy data about you from third parties, and we don't build advertising profiles. If we ever add analytics to understand how the site is used, we'll choose a privacy-respecting option and say so here first.
How we protect it
The site is served over HTTPS, and the information you share reaches us only by email. Access to that inbox is limited to the people who need it to help you. No method of transmission is ever perfectly secure, but we treat your information with the same care we'd want for our own.

Our site may link to services we don't operate. Once you leave our pages, their privacy practices apply — we encourage you to read their policies, as we can't speak for them.
Children's privacy
Our services are for businesses, and this site is not directed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect information from children; if you believe a child has submitted information to us, email us and we'll delete it promptly.
